Day 10 (January 31st, 2018)
Wednesday
is a long and busy day for me because I had to teach on 3 different classes
with 2 subject, Biology and Chemistry. First, I went to the PSU Integrated High
School before 8 a.m. After a little conversation with Ms. Bullo about my
preparation, I headed to the ABM Jobs classroom. There, I found many students
came late and it seems it was normal because this is the earliest class in the
morning. The students in ABM Jobs are a little more passive than the ICT 11 students,
but it seems they’re a bit smarter.
I finished my lesson there and hurried back
to the faculty room because I have a class at 9 a.m. at Grade 10. There, I was
told by the other teachers that my supervising teacher, Mr. Rosario, had already
left for the classroom. Then, I went there to assist Euis Paramitha from
Mulawarman University. The topic for today is Genetic and we used discussion
method to help the students during the lesson. The Grade 10 is more active than
the other classes because they are still in the Junior High School.
Fortunately, we can pulled it off and finished the lesson.
Lastly, I went to
ICT 11 class at 11 a.m. and taught them a new topic about electron
configuration. The students there are already friendly and became close to me.
That made it easier to me to teach them.
